Food is a big part of my life. I love to cook, but mostly because I love to eat. I am vegetarian, with the occasional inclusion of fish – for the sake of not being totally inconvenient for my family and friends, and as an attempt to avoid the “…who brought the vegetarian to dinner??” remarks.
I am always on the hunt for delicious and/or healthy recipes, usually trying to incorporate both taste and nutrition, and being a living embodiment of the “everything in moderation” motto.
Recently engaged, and my degree to educate the youth of today almost within my grasp, I am about to enter a whole new phase in my life, and I am excited to do so, with my wooden spoon by my side.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and I hope to see you around here again soon..
