Do you remember when we made those fabulous spiced and sugared cranberries together? That was fun, wasn’t it?

Afterwards, I promised you a recipe for that delicious, leftover, spiced cranberry simple syrup, and, today, I plan on delivering.

I know that it’s the middle of Winter, and I know that a mojito is not registering on most peoples’ radars at the moment, but trust me, this spiced cranberry mojito is truly the bees knees.

It is refreshing and light, but also spicy and comforting. Ohh, yes, it is possible. This gymnast-of-a-drink prances gracefully along that perfectly balanced beam.

If you haven’t yet made the spiced and sugared cranberries, now’s your chance! You can have a lovely little sweet and tart snack to enjoy alongside your Yin Yang mojito!
